Purpose

Driver Solution provides professional tools and services aimed at drivers and transport companies: digital tachograph reading and analysis (Driver Tacho, with the driver's personal cloud archive stored for a maximum of 5 years), working time and rest period analysis, AI-assisted generation of employment documents (Driver Docs), guidance queries on transport employment matters (Driver Lex), and contracting technical or professional services through the Site.

Terms of use

Use of the Site and its features requires compliance with the law and with these terms. It is forbidden to use the Site to input, share or distribute unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaches applicable regulations.

Prohibited misuse

The following are expressly prohibited: (i) impersonating others; (ii) entering false data or third-party data without authorisation; (iii) attempting to access third-party systems; (iv) distributing malware or carrying out activities that harm service availability.

Intellectual and industrial property

The original content of the Site (text, trade marks, images, source code and other resources) belongs to the controller or to third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication is not permitted without prior authorisation.

Disclaimer of liability

The content and tools are provided for informational and technical support purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Driver Solution is not liable for damages arising from misuse, from misinterpretation of the information, or from the inaccuracy of data provided by the user.

Informational nature and professional advice

The information and the automated or semi-automated responses provided by tools such as Driver Lex, Driver Docs or the Driver Tacho expert report are provided for guidance only and do not replace tailored professional advice or an official expert report. For significant questions, or for judicial, regulatory or formal claim purposes, consult a qualified professional.

Automated tools

Some features use automated processing (e.g. AI-assisted generation). The result depends on the data the user provides; see the Privacy policy to learn how data is processed and which safeguards apply.

The Site may contain links to third-party services. Driver Solution does not control or accept responsibility for the content, practices or privacy policies of those third parties. Always review the notices and policies of the linked services.

Payments and third-party services

Payments made through the Site are handled by external providers (for example, Stripe). Driver Solution does not store full payment card data. See the Privacy policy for more information on payment processors and data processing.
