This Site uses cookies and other storage mechanisms (e.g. localStorage) to provide and improve our services. Cookies are classified by purpose and are requested or activated in accordance with applicable regulations (Spanish LSSI law and the EU GDPR, plus AEPD guidelines).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on the user's device that allow preferences, usage statistics or session identifiers to be remembered. Some are strictly necessary for the Site to work; others require the user's consent.
Categories of cookies used
- Necessary / strictly necessary: essential for security, authentication, session persistence, PWA features and basic Site functionality. These cookies are always installed and do not require consent.
- Analytics / measurement: cookies that collect aggregated usage data to help improve the platform. They are only activated after the user's explicit consent (e.g. Google Analytics, if enabled).
- Marketing: cookies used for commercial communications or marketing activations (e.g. email marketing platforms such as Brevo). Only activated if the user accepts them.
Technical local storage (not cookies, but treated similarly)
In addition to HTTP cookies proper, the Site uses the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to store technical information essential for the service to work. The AEPD considers this storage "technically necessary" and it does not require prior consent, but it is documented here for transparency. The main use is keeping the user's authentication session for the Driver Tacho personal cloud archive (a JWT token signed by Supabase Auth, which travels only between the user's browser and Supabase servers, never to Driver Solution). Users can delete this storage at any time using the tool's "Log out" option or by clearing the site's data in their browser.
How we manage consent
The Site shows a cookie manager that lets you accept all, reject, or configure by category. No analytics or marketing scripts are loaded before consent is given. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the same manager, or by deleting cookies from your browser.
